    Q. How do I contact you?

    Q. Can I order items not listed in the catalogue?

    A. Of course, if the item you require is not in our catalogue, we can source it for you. We have direct links with UK, European and Far East manufacturers.

    Q. Can you manufacture bespoke products?

    A. No problem let us know the product category, design and quantity and we will do the rest.

    Q. How do you brand my items with my logo?

    A. We will need you to supply us your logo or artwork as a Vector image. Please supply your file at 300dpi and to the required print size or larger. If you have any problem at all with this process, our designers are on hand to assist.

    Q. Can you match my corporate colours?

    A. Supply us your PMS (pantone matching system) reference for your logo/brand and we will match the print on your product to your corporate branding. Please be aware that Pantone colours will be represented slightly differently on various media types.

    Q. Can you print solid colours and halftones?

    A. There are different print processes for many of our products. The best Idea is to let as have sight of your proposed logo/design and we will be able to advise case by case.

    Q. What size will my logo be printed?

    A. Each of our products will have a set print area, this can be communicated at either quotation stage or more commonly at the point of order. We will provide you with a pdf proof of your logo on the chosen product. This can be amended if required as part of the proofing process. Amendments to supplied artwork can be chargeable.

    Q. Can we see a branded sample of our product prior to producing the full order?

    A. We can provide unbranded samples on all of our products along with branded samples on most of our catalogue. Samples may incur a charge but we will confirm this prior to providing them.

    Q. Are there hidden charges?

    A. Absolutely not! We will advise you of all cost during the quoting process. If you are concerned at all, just call and we will happily discuss all costs related to your order.
